You loved this Limited Edition flavor so much we decided to add it to the permanent roster! We blended cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice and cloves on top of a backbone of Orange Pekoe black tea and added a touch of black pepper to give this chai all of the traditional flavor profiles synonymous with the classic hot beverage. Our chai, though, works great not only as a hot beverage, but truly shines when mixed with ice-cold sparkling water.

Our syrups feature 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving. Each 16 oz. bottle makes 16-32 cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.

Recipes & Uses
Use to flavor cocktails as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs with whiskey, rum or Kahlua.
For sodas, our syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.
For an iced chai, add one ounce Summer Chai to 6-8 ounces of ice cold sparkling water. Top with coconut milk or dairy of choice to taste.
As a cocktail, experiment with Whiskey, Rum or Kahlua and garnish with an orange wedge.
