| 1 egg white
| 1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Spice Rooibos Syrup
| 1 tbsp brown sugar
| 3/4 tsp salt
Whip egg white until frothy, then mix in the syrup. Add the nuts into the egg mixture along with sugar, spices, and salt. Toss to combine then spread in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes, flipping half way through. Let nuts cool on tray, then enjoy within the next two days!
