Meyer Lemon Ginger Vinaigrette:
We’ve got a new pantry staple for you this week! The perfect addition to any kitchen, and your new go-to dressing.
PREP: 5 MINS // YIELD:
|1/2 c EVOO
|1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Syrup
| zest of a Meyer Lemon
| 3/4 tsp Salt
| 1/2 tsp Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together or add everything into a jar and give it a good shake! Use it as a salad dressing, drizzle it on chicken kabobs, or toss it with some roasted veggies.
Bonus fun fact: Meyer Lemons are naturally a bit sweeter than regular lemons. If you’re looking to sweeten up a dish that you’d typically use a regular lemon for, swap it for a Meyer and cut down on adding any additional sugar. Enjoy friends!
