What is Matcha?

Matcha is a finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves that originated in China and developed in Japan. It's renowned for being filled with antioxidants and L-theanine. On its own, matcha has a slightly earthy, nutty flavor. Our syrups are the perfect complement, adding flavor and sweetness. Matcha lattes can be served hot or over ice with an ounce (give or take) of syrup.
