This delightful soul-lifter was a collaboration with Goza Tequila for The Meadow's Manhattan location. It's the perfect way to pair Roses with Agave and right for any occasion.

| 3/4oz Rose Cordial Syrup
| 1/2oz Lime Juice
| 3 Dashes Honeyed Apricot & Smoked Hickory bitters from Mister Bitters
| 4oz Brut Cava
| 1/4oz St George's Spirits Raspberry Liqueur
| Shake Tequila, Rose Cordial, lime juice and bitters with ice
| Pour over rocks in a Collins glass
| Top with Cava and float Raspberry Liqueur with the back of bar spoon
| Garnish with lavender sprigs and a lime bow tie
