Ginger Ale Green Smoothie

Start your Monday on the right foot with this bright and dreamy smoothie. It’s the perfect solution for those of us that may not love the taste of a green heavy beverage but still want to reap all the benefits.🌞🍃



PREP: 5 MINS   //   YIELD: 1-2 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS
| 1 c ice
1 handful spinach
4 romaine leaves
half a peeled lemon
1/3 large cucumber
half a Granny Smith apple
1/2 c water
1-2 oz @portlandsyrups Authentic Ginger Syrup

DIRECTIONS

Roughly chop your cleaned produce then toss it into your blender. If your device has a smoothie option you can select that and if not just blend everything on high until it’s smooth. Top with some hemp hearts or chia seeds for some crunch and enjoy! This makes about 16 oz so feel free to share with a friend. 🤗
