Whisk all ingredients together (minus the bread-duh) in a shallow, wide bowl. Heat a large buttered pan to med-med/high heat. Place each piece of bread in the french toast mixture, making sure to evenly coat both sides. Cook two to three slices at a time, making sure not to crowd the pan so you achieve that nice crispy edge 🤤. Once each slice is cooked through and no moisture is left (about 3 minutes per side) remove from the pan, top with butter, maple syrup, a little extra bright chai, or some powdered sugar and enjoy!
