| 3 tbsp dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
| 0.50 oz @portlandsyrups Ginger Syrup
Boil water then steep flowers for 4 minutes. Remove flowers then pour tea over ice, top with ginger syrup and lemon juice and maybe a lemon wheel garnish and enjoy.
Combine in a tall glass with ice, sip, and enjoy!
