Every flavor creates a unique and delicious soft drinks or a base mixer paired with your favorite alcoholic spirit. And 3.4 oz bottles means you can fly with these, packing them in your carry-on luggage to bring on your next trip.
We like to encourage having fun with our syrups, and rather than sticking to the cocktail and soda recipes included on each bottle label, we encourage you to have come up with your own delicious recipes and share them with the world! There really is no limit to what you can do with Portland Syrups.

What a great way to try new things! The marionberry syrup is phenomenal. We were cruelly cast out of Oregon (job transfer) years ago and this was like drinking in the farmers’ market. We mixed marionberry scofflaws & G&T’s. The brown sugar syrup is a great bourbon cocktail ingredient as well and I can’t wait to try Hibiscus Cardamom drinks. We will need full size bottles!
The syrups mix well with ice tea, lemonade....alcohol. Less sugar, naturally sweet, nothing artificial. Can't wait to try some new cocktail combinations.
I enjoyed it a lot! I didn't want to commit to a large bottle especially when I am not sure which flavors I like. This allowed me to sample some flavors I was interested in.
