Sweet yet herbaceous, this cocktail combines the quintessential flavor of summer strawberries with garden-fresh basil. Our version features aquafaba (chickpea water), for a frothy, vegan sour that's easy to sip on warm summer nights.

| 1 oz gin
| 1 oz lemon juice
| 1.5 oz aquafaba
| A bunch of basil
| Black lemon bitters
| In a shaker with ice, combine gin, Strawberry Lemon-Lime syrup, lemon juice, a handful of basil leaves and aquafaba. Shake until frothy.
| Rim a coupe glass with a basil leaf, then strain the mixture into the glass.
| Top with sparkling water, add a few dashes of bitters, then garnish with a basil leaf.
