The Rose Sculpture

This incredible libation contributed by Keep It Crafted was put together by Manni Sobalverro of Dear Irving bar in New York. This newest tiki-style creation is a collaboration with The Meadow, Keep it Crafted and yours truly, PSW. Welcome yourself and others to witness and imbibe upon The Rose Sculpture.



PREP: 5 MINS   //   YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
|  1/2 oz VSOP Chateau de Laubade bas Armagnac
|  1/2 oz Hawaiin White Rum, Deep Island Rum
|  1/2 oz Curaçao Triple Sec
|  1/2 oz Solbeso Ecuador
|  1/2 oz Rose Cordial Syrup
|  1/2 oz Blueberry Cordial
|  1/2 oz Meyer Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS

|  Whip Shake all above ingredients
|  Strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice
|  Use the end of a lavender stick to embed a lemon twist around the inside of the glass, allowing the twist to stick out of the glass
|  Place the lavender stick next to the protruding this, and overfill the glass with crushed ice

INGREDIENTS: water, dried rose bud and petal, dried rose hip, cane sugar, citric acid.
