Vermouth Cassis

This light and refreshing drink is the answer to daytime summer sipping without the high ABV. The Vermouth Cassis features our Rose City Tonic for a gently astringent bite that yields the perfect sparkling beverage and dinnertime aperitif.

 



PREP: 2 MINS   //   YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
|  1 Tbsp of our Rose City Tonic syrup
|  2 oz dry vermouth
|  1.5 oz crème de cassis liqueur
|  Sparkling water

DIRECTIONS

|  In a collins glass with a few ice cubes, combine dry vermouth, crème de cassis and our Rose City Tonic syrup.

|  Stir to combine, then top with sparkling water and serve.
