INGREDIENTS
| 1 oz of our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
| 1 oz of rum
| Apple cider (warmed)
| Super Spice bitters from Portland Bitters Project
| Cinnamon and nutmeg to garnish
DIRECTIONS
| In a glass mug, combine rum and our Bird’s Eye Chili Simple Syrup, then top with warmed apple cider.
| Finish with a few drops of Super Spice bitters and garnish with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
