Pomegranate-Rosemary Gin Fizz

We've combined the bright flavors of our Citrus-Passion syrup with herbaceous rosemary and tart pomegranate for a deliciously festive cordial.

INGREDIENTS
|  2 oz gin
|  1 oz @portlandsyrups Citrus-Passion syrup
|  1 oz pomegranate juice
|  1 oz rosemary simple syrup
|  2 oz club soda
|  Rosemary sprig and pomegranate arils to garnish

DIRECTIONS

|  Mix gin, Citrus-Passion syrup, rosemary simple syrup and pomegranate juice in a shaker with ice.

|  Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then pour over ice.

|  Top with club soda and garnish with rosemary sprig and pomegranate arils for flare.

|  Make rosemary simple syrup in advance by combining 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 3 sprigs of rosemary in a pot. Boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep for 15-20 min before removing sprigs.
