Marionberry Butter Cream Lemon Shortbread Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
2 boxes @pamelasproducts Lemon Shortbread Cookies (GF)
1/2 stick room temp butter
1 1/4 c powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp @portlandsyrups Marionberry Syrup

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, mix the butter with a hand mixer until smooth. Add in powdered sugar, milk, and syrup and beat on low until fully combined. Take your frosting and place it in a pipping bag (you can also just use a butter knife) and place a large dollop of frosting on half of your cookies. Place the remaining cookies on top to create a sandwich and enjoy! If these aren’t going to be enjoyed immediately, store in the refrigerator so the summer heat doesn’t melt your buttercream!
