Mango Habanero Rice:
We’ve got a new pantry staple for you this week! The perfect addition to any kitchen, and your new go-to dressing.
PREP: 25-30 MINS // YIELD: 1-2 Cups
| 2 c full fat canned coconut milk
| 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Syrup
| 1 tbsp plus 2 tsp separated of Mango Habanero Syrup
Make rice according to instructions on bag, but swap the water out for the coconut milk and add in 2 tbsp of the Mango Habanero Syrup. Once rice is finished cooking, mix in another 2 tsp of Mango Habanero Syrup, the chopped mango, and salt to taste. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy! If you’d like to crank up the heat a bit more, you can also mix in a tablespoon or so of finely chopped habanero pepper.
