This recipe, courtesy of Hood River Distillers, is a perfectly delicious sunny day twist on a classic sweet tea. It combines our Vanilla-Spice Rooibos syrup with their Clear Creak American Pot Still Brandy, some lemon juice and a dash of bitters. The recipe is best with their tasty brandy, but works with any high quality brandy.

| 1/2 oz Vanilla-Spice Rooibos Syrup
| 1/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
| Hefty dash of Angostura Bitters
| Shaken on ice and strained into rocks glass with fresh ice. Express lemon peel over top and use for garnish.
