PREP: 5 MINS // YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
| 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
| 3/4 oz egg whites
| 1 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
Combine all ingredients minus the soda and dry shake (no ice) for a minute. Then shake with ice. Pour into a tall bar glass then let sit until egg rises to the top. Finish with a generous splash of soda and enjoy!
