You won’t be able to keep your hands off these tasty morsels 🐻 Not that you’d want to
PREP: 10 MIN // YIELD: 2-3 SERVINGS
| 2 packets unflavored gelatin
| 1/2 c @portlandsyrups Citrus Passion Syrup
Heat syrup in small saucepan until it just begins to get warm, about 2-3 minutes. Add in the gelatin and stir to combine. The mixture should become thick very quickly, about 1-2 minutes. Once all of the gelatin is dissolved and you have a smooth, thick texture remove it from the heat. Working quickly, fill you gummy molds (ours are from Michael’s Crafts) evenly using either a small spoon or a dropper. Place filled molds in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm. Pop out of mold and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
This is a great craft to do with the kids and you can play around with different flavor combos until you find your favorite. If you recreate this at home, make sure to tag us in your photos!
