Our version of a Bloody Maria delivers a spicy kick thanks to our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup. It makes a great addition to your brunch plans and offers a fun twist on a Bloody Mary bar.

INGREDIENTS
| .75 oz of our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
| 2 oz tequila
| 2 tsp horseradish
| 1 tsp Dijon mustard
| 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
| 4 dashes celery salt
| 6 dashes ground black pepper
| 1 oz lime juice
| 4 to 6 oz tomato juice
| Tajin
| 2 tsp horseradish

| Optional garnishes: Lemon and/or lime wedges, celery stalk, cilantro, olives, etc.
DIRECTIONS
| Rim a tall glass with Tajin, then add the tequila, horseradish, mustard, our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup, Worcestershire, celery salt, black pepper and lime juice.
| Add 2 oz tomato juice, stir to combine, then fill the glass with ice and top with more tomato juice.
| Give it a final stir, garnish with your favorite fixings, and enjoy!
